Educating the Public

The Covington-Newton County 911 Center beleives that the better educated the citizens we serve are about the services we provide and about what we do everyday that they will be more prepared to use our services when they are needed. It is common knowledge that most peoples first exposure to 911 is that first call that they make when they really need help. The more prepared our citizens are for that first call when they really need help will make sure that the help they need will get to them quickly and efficiently.

To educate the public in what we do we have a couple of different community service projects that are currently underway. Those projects are listed below and is possible linked with a complete information page for that particular project. Take a minute a see if we offer anything that may help you or your family.
